Shipping and Handling service levels
We only ship within New Zealand.

The shipping and handling charge is calculated automatically at checkout and is based on delivering to a single address.

Order dispatch
We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Usually orders are dispatched on the same business day. For an order placed after the daily dispatch window the order will be processed the following business day.

Order tracking
We ship via a “track and trace” service. Once your order has shipped we will email you with the tracking number to allow you to track shipping progress at anytime.

If your order has not been delivered within the target timeframe please contact us and we will follow up with the shipper.

Cancelling or changing your order
If for any reason you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not shipped, we can make changes as necessary. However once the order ships, we can only make changes on return of the goods to us (see Returns Policy).

Returns policy
You can request return of your product within 7 days of receipt as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

The process for a return is simple and as follows:

• Email us at helpdesk@capstore.co.nz
  - quoting your order number as a reference
  -  the reason for the return
  
• We will issue you a Return Authority Number (RMA#) and further information on how to return the product to us
  
• Re-ship the product via your local Postal Authority and include the RMA# to identify your package.
  

Once we receive the product in its original condition we will give you a refund.

Please note that your refund covers the product price only (exclusive of any shipping).

However if we ship the wrong product we will refund any reasonable shipping costs incurred.
